This is a small business website. We collect as little as possible, we do not sell anything we collect, and this page says plainly what happens.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like which page you landed on, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you are on a phone or a desktop.
We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with anything else. If you would rather not be counted, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics cookies will stop it, and the site works exactly the same.
When you fill in the form
The contact form sends us your name, company, email address and whatever you wrote in the message. It reaches us by email through Netlify, who host this site. We use it to reply to you and nothing else — no mailing list, no sharing it on, no selling it.
The newsletter
The Control Room is published on Substack, and subscribing happens on their platform rather than here. Your email address goes to them under their privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe from any issue.
Who else sees anything
- Netlify — hosts this site and passes on form submissions
- Google — provides the analytics described above
- Substack — runs the newsletter, if you subscribe
That is the complete list. Nobody else gets anything.
Asking us to delete something
Email jacevedo@thepowermarketingexpert.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and tell you when it is done. You do not need a reason.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
